Measures of Help has completed our first event of 2021. We were able to support the Gardner Street Women’s Bridge Housing Center in Hollywood, CA. which is a former Hollywood library that has been repurposed into a women’s homeless shelter. The building can house up to 30 women and their small pets. This facility has an all-female staff that includes counselors and to transition their clients from the shelter to permanent housing.
Thanks to Erin Moore (Coordinator) we were able to supply not only hygiene kits and socks for the clients, we provided tote bags, bath towels, an inspirational painting, hard cover reading books, Bibles, journals, games, puzzles, multiple activity books and playing cards. Thank you, Erin and Anthony, for a job well done!
