Measures of Help was asked to participate in the Council District 8th Connect Day. This day was set aside to aid the homeless population near the Greater New Unity Baptist Church area. There was one goal in mind and that was to connect homeless individuals, families and veterans with essential services including mental health, homeless services, substance use services, veterans services, DMV services, health services, eye exam and dental services to those in need. Measures of Help was able to provide 50 personal hygiene packs to distribute throughout the day.
